  润滑系统中的板式换热器是汽轮机装置的一个重要组成部分,由于油在循环过程中,吸收了轴承等处磨擦产生的热量,因而温度不断升高,为保证机组安全可靠地运行。必须把油温控制在规定的范围内(要求高不超过60-65℃,也不低于35-40℃)温度过高可能轴承等部件过热而损坏。并会降低润滑油使用期限,温度过低会使润滑油粘度增加,增加磨擦耗工,甚至旨起机器振动。所以使用板式换热器通过调节冷却水流量来过到降低润滑油温度的目的。

And it will reduce the service life of the lubricating oil. Too low temperature will increase the viscosity of the lubricating oil, increase the friction consumption and even cause the vibration of the machine. Therefore, the plate heat exchanger is used to reduce the lubricating oil temperature by regulating the cooling water flow.
