Cold isostatic press
The cold isostatic press is a kind of advanced equipment for pressing high quality products with powder. Being able to process powder materials into products of various sizes and shapes with high density, the equipment is popularly applied in the manufacturing of electric ceramics, carbide, electronic chip, refractory materials, graphite products, other ultra hard and compound materials and semi products. It is popularly used in machinery processing and may reduce shrinkage of products after burning. The equipment may also be used for fresh keeping of food and in the sector of biomedicines etc.
Tianjin Taipingying Mecha-Electronic Technic & Equipment Co., Ltd. has successfully developed and manufactured Model LDJ1250/2800-80 cold isostatic press, which is the largest of its kind in China, passing through the appraisal by experts, presided over by China Professional Association of Refractory in 2001. The experts agreed that the press has reached the top domestic level, filling in the blank in this line in China.
TPY has achieved 10 State patents for cold isostatic press in more than 5 years, realizing a leap relating to the structure of the equipment from double medium pressurization and pressure release to single medium pressurization and double medium pressure release. The latter may save 20% of investment comparing with the former for pressing same work piece, completely eliminating infiltration of the two media in addition.
