Taipingyang Mecha-Electronic Technic & Equipment Co., Ltd. (simplified as TPY) has been specialized in the research and development, test of the property and the application of plate heat exchangers, bringing into emergence of a complete system for the design, manufacturing and test of the product. The company has made some major progresses relating to the heat transfer property of the plate heat exchanger, reaching the advanced international level in this line. TPY plate heat exchangers fully comply with the stipulations of 《GB16409-1996》of the State standard of the People’s Republic of China for plate heat exchangers.
TPY plate heat exchangers are developed, designed and manufactured according to State standard, available in various series with over 80 types of plates like those with deep wave and shallow wave, for condensation and evaporation, adopting free flow channel and gasket without glue and different flow channels for selection by the user. Besides, the company is capable in designing and manufacturing plate heat exchangers for special need of the buyer and also the substitute of foreign makes.
TPY plate heat exchangers are featured by simple structure, high heat transfer efficiency and great adaptability, being applicable in various sectors of mine, petroleum, chemicals, food processing, metallurgy, beverage, electric power, paper making, medicines, shipbuilding, centralized supply of heat and air conditioning equipment for cooling, heating, evaporation and sterilization etc.
The development and production base of TPY plate heat exchanger possesses 10000T and 20000T hydraulic presses, a computer center and a numerical control center, adopting the CAD-CAM technology for development and production of various molds and plates, being able to product about 30 sets annually. The thermodynamics library is responsible for testing the thermodynamics of various types of plates and various component units for guiding development of plates, calculation of heat transfer and design of heat transfer units.
